Return Policy
All sales are final.

CTC may offer refunds, at our sole discretion, on purchases of software that has not been installed. The determination is at our sole discretion. You must contact us to before returning any purchase, and receive approval to return a purchase. If approval is granted, there is a mandatory 20% restocking fee. Under no circumstance will a return be approved if the software has been installed, or after 30 days.

Shipping
Please be assured that your items will ship in a timely fashion after your purchase. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charges do apply.
