Technical Support Case Tracking

When you contact CTC for support, you’ll be assigned a unique case and case identification number to ensure all questions receive a resolution in a timely fashion – and the case won't be closed until you receive the answer that solves your problem.


CTC RemoteSupport

If our support technicians need to see your desktop, we will ask you to use our RemoteSupport utility.

This utility will allow you to share you desktop with us, and allow you to give us control of your computer for a short time while we work with you to resolve your issue.

  • Using this utility does not require Administrative rights on your computer
  • This utility is firewall friendly so it should work in almost any company
